Napalm Rec. is going to give away the license for the LP-Version of "Heralding - The Fireblade". As soon as we know 100% who will release the LP (and when) we will put another note here at the forum.

Only today has bought an album. Very much it was pleasant! Only that is why that songs Gjallar as the bonus, on an album for some reason was not. Whether it is possible somewhere download this song?

I got the album today. It contains Gjallar as a bonus track but curiously not the different cover artwork It's not a Digi at all, it's a normal jewelcase CD but with bonus track. So, is that a fake or is it correct? btw, the music is brilliant

It's probably correct. I got "Skyforger" by Amorphis at HMV, and even though it's a jewel case, it has the bonus track from the digipak. Every copy I saw there was new and sealed, and every one had the bonus track.

I contacted Napalm Rec. about this, because a bonus-track was said to be especially for the limited digi version. But Napalm Rec. holds the right to give away licenses, and of course for all the songs, layout etc. If you asked *me*, this is not what was meant to be "especially for the limited version", but on the other hand it´s Napalm´s right to do so.

Greetings, First of all, congratulate for all your work done so far. I have all your albums until Fireblade and, in my opinion, Falkenbach is one of the best musical act I listened until now. Great atmosphere and the music has always evolved. Well, with the new release coming, I think is time for me to get the Fireblade album and I have few questions about this release. 1- Does the digipack version of The Fireblade is like the digipack version of the Nefna (I mean the digipack version of Nefna had a different cover, but the booklet was the same cover as the jewel case version)? 2- I hear that a licenced version of The Fireblade (same tracklist that the digipack one, but with the jewel case cover) was also available. I have never saw it in Canada, so can you confirm me this item if the official licenced version and not a fake (sorry to put an ebay link, but its the only place where I found it). cgi.ebay.com/FALKENBACH-HERALDING-FIREBLADE-BRAND-NEW-METAL-CD-/290476924390?pt=Music_CDs&hash=item43a1c61de6Regards

Regards First, thanx for your words. To answer your questions: 1.) It is. The cover-artwork is different, and there is a bonus-track incl. But the booklet is the same. 2.) I cannot tell you anything about the link you placed here, as the CD itself is not shown, just a cover-picture. In general I can say: as far as I know, Napalm Rec. gave licenses for a jewel-case format incl. the bonus-track. On one hand, there´s a fair chance this link shows a legal album, on the other hand it´s maybe a bootleg. If you´re able to find out which label re-released (under license) that CD, I´ll ask Napalm Rec. for you if this´s a legal release. But if you cannot find any label name re-releasing a jewel-case version incl. bonus-track, it´s probably a bootleg, as Napalm Rec. did not release a jewel-case incl. bonus-track.

Thanks for your quick reply. Here another link from another seller on ebay coming from the same country and selling what is looking to be the same item. cgi.ebay.com/FALKENBACH-OK-NEFNA-TYSVAR-TY-SEALED-CD-NEW-/350277480746?pt=Music_CDs&hash=item518e2a312aIts written in the description: "THIS CD IS NEW, FACTORY SEALED, UNPLAYED, ORIGINAL. OFFICIAL RELEASE, ICAR 00000119." Maybe it can help. Otherwise, can we order cds from the shop at the moment or its still closed (I think the digipack version is still listed in your shop)?

Well, still I cannot give you a 100% answer, but I guess it´s a release licensed by Napalm Rec. I do not know in detail which labels they use to cooperate with if we´re talking about licenses, but probably Icarus Music is one of them. Of course, there´s still a chance, even with a label mentioned on it to be a bootleg, as with all CDs. But if I had to answer right now, wether it´s a bootleg or not, looking at the facts we have - I´d say it´s a legal release. P.s.: Yes, the shop is, and will remain closed - as far as I can tell you today. It might change, but at the moment there´re no plans to re-open it constantly. Maybe for some special reason somewhen, but nothing more. If you want to, you still can check NapalmRecords, com.

In general I can say: as far as I know, Napalm Rec. gave licenses for a jewel-case format incl. the bonus-track. It normal. In the majority of cases on Russian, Japanes and South American license CD added bonus tracks from the European limited editions. Argentinian Ikarus Music "Fireblade" CD come with bonus track. Russian Irond Records CD come without bonus.
