Hi! I have a few questions.
1) wikipedia: The phrase Vratyas Vakyas can be translated as "the searching wanderer".
Eweroun: Den oude vandrar waagt [The old wanderer walks] Fuer ewer? oun en eweroun [Forevermore and evermore] Den oude vandrar waagt [The old wanderer walks] Wijl naarjaars roud, [During autumn's red,] Fuer ewer oun eweroun... [Forevermore, evermore...]
Hmm. Thus "Eweroun" - a song about the Vratyas Vakyas?
2) Vratyas, at the beginning of the song "Eweroun" you're singing? It seems that there is a difference from your voice.
3) Who is the author cover art of the album "Asa"?
4) Markus Tümmers - really your name?
5) Is there anything in Asa (Book 2CD) cover art Asa (Digipak)?

Answers:
1) the old wanderer guards forever and forevermore the old wanderer guards during autumn’s red for ever...forevermore
I´ve read some interpretations meanwhile. Yours is interesting.
2) Yes, it´s me, just for Falkenbach unusually deep
3) Albert Bierstadt
4) I never really got why names are important at all - yes.
5) Both layouts contain same *and* different artworks.

Is it possible to get translation of the Asa double CD tracklist? Thanks. First of all - sometimes it´s not easy to translate these lyrics into english 1:1, without losing certain aspects. This goes for the translation of the Artbook, as well as for the song-titles below. Take it as a rough translation, no more, no less. Where Stars Become Wolfhunting My Last Word(s) Bronzen Embrace For Ever / For Evermore In/During Night´s Silence Blood For Blood Hidden Wound(s) The Revived Folk ------------------------------ Beloved Feral Winter And Lime Blossoms Are Falling Return To Ultima Thule In/From Swords The Sun Shines/Reflects

Thanks for authorisation! A good friend of mine gave me the artbook edition of Asa for my birthday, and I must admit the album is brilliant through and through. Perhaps, my second most favourite FB release after Ok Nefna Tysvar Ty. Yet, I have a few questions to ask - these might seem irrelevant or laughably unimportant, but that's a by-product of my profession (legal matters), which has taught me precision and distinction.
1) Does the local dialect, in which the lyrics were compiled, in its written form, require the use of German grammar (e.g. capitalised nouns)? Or, do the Dutch grammar rules apply? 2) What is the 2CD version of the album supposed to be referred to: Deluxe or Limited Edition? While I suspect the deluxe edition is limited by definition, it's still unclear whether the limited edition is deluxe or not.
I do realise I'm being intolerable. Please, forgive me and thanks for any reactions whatsoever in advance!

While I suspect the deluxe edition is limited by definition, it's still unclear whether the limited edition is deluxe or not. I do realise I'm being intolerable. Please, forgive me and thanks for any reactions whatsoever in advance! About your questions: 1) I am not a linguist. Most of all my parents, and a couple of other people at the same age (80+), were the main source for me, not some profs at the university, teachers or books. It´s been a solely spoken language, so putting it to a written form can only be seen as some sort of phonetic script. It can easily be compared to the recent "low-german / Plattdeutsch" - countless of regional differences, mixtures, changing rules from city to city, from district to district, and no real written form in the end. I can´t say if the rules are dutch or german, a mixture, or something different, simply because I know dutch far too less to answer this. There´re obviously differences compared to recent high-german rules, some of them you can still find in the mentioned, recent Plattdeutsch over here. Beside that there is no real right and wrong about several things regarding this dialect, due to the immense regional variations. Like I said, two districts of the same city are showing noticeable differences already. Please keep in mind, using this dialect is not meant to be an examination paper. It´s what my parents grew up with in parts, it´s how they still use to speak sometimes. It´s the way those people I asked use(d) and remembered it. For me, this alone is what counts, nothing else. It´s a statement of a "We", not a statement of an "It", if you know what I mean. 2) Depends on how you define "deluxe", I guess. The 2-CD edition is limited, that´s a fact, and the digi-CD isn´t. To -me-, the artbook is the real, full album, including 2 bonus-tracks, while the digi-CD can be seen as a "reduced" edition of the album. I am btw more than fine with your questions, but also afraid my answers won´t exactly satisfy you, right?

Hi Vratyas, thanks for reading 1.I think wulfarweijd is very similar to some windir' songs. Is this song inspired on windir or it's just a coincidence? Anyway, it's a very powerful song. 2. I'd love to have some cofffee with you Thank you, again hope you're fine. Hail from Chile !
