Yep. But I'm 100% shure that this particular audio was taken from "No Colours Records Compilation Volume II" sampler on which "Winternight" demo version was also released back in 1998.

Thank you for your reply!
1 But why was presented to compile a demo track, not the studio version of the song? 2 Do you have any other demo tracks "Skinn Av Sverdhi Sol Valtiva"?

1) The label asked for something "special" back then.
2) The whole tape is still there, yes.

Vratyas, is it possible to buy a CD-R from you with this and/or other demo tapes? No matter what's the sound quality - the music itself is much more important.

You have to know - I am still very glad with the limitation of the old tapes / songs, and I am not going to give CDR copies away, sorry.
Maybe one day there will be a chance for a restauration of the old tracks, and if so, there might be an official release of them. Time will tell.

It says here: Falkenbach recorded a total of 9 demos. Nothing is known about 2 of them, and the tracklist of 3 remains unclear as most were limited to 9 copies. 1. Havamal 1989 2. Demo 1 (1991-1993) * (as Crimson Gates?) 3. Demo 2 (1991-1994) * (as Crimson Gates?) 4. Laeknishendr 1995 5. Promo ''95 6. ...Skinn Av Sverdhi Sol Valtiva...1996 7. Ásynja (1996?) * 8. ? ? ? ? 9. ? ? ? ?1 Why are many of the entries were limited to just nine copies? 9 demo to 9 copies. The number 9 is that mean to you, or is it just a coincidence? 2 Now you have all these demos? 3 What are the mysterious 8 and 9 of the demo? When they were recorded? 4 Songs by Crimson Gates = songs by Falkenbach, or is something else? Crimson Gates - viking metal?

a) The list of demos is nonsense. b) Most of the tapes were limited to 9 copies, but not all of them. c) I do not have all the tapes anymore. But the original 4/8-track tapes are still there. d) What those "mysterious demos" mean you should ask the person that created that mysterious list. e) The songs of Crimson Gates and Falkenbach were never mixed up, Falkenbach tapes are not Crimson Gates demos, nor the other way around. f) DonĀ“t waste your time with such "insider informations".
