Can anyone tell me where the cover painting for the new Tiurida album is taken from - the one of the river and mountain at dusk? It looks very much like the German Romantic style but I cannot find it anywhere!
many thanks Martin

It's a part of Albert Bierstadt's "Sunset In The Yosemite Valley" (1868). The full painting looks like this: P.S: Just got the message from Napalm Records, they gonna send pre-ordered LPs on Friday.

Thanks so much, will have to check out more of Albert Bierstadt's work.
Can't wait for the vinyl to arrive, such an album.
Thanks again, Martin

Any ideas what paintings are used for "...Magni Blandinn...", "...Ok Nefna..." and "Fireblade"? As I know the last two are parts of some painting by Christian Morgenstern, dunno which exactly.
By the way, the painting used on "...En Their Medh..." is "Wodan's Wilde Jagd" (1882) by Friedrich Heine.
